Have you tried positive affirmation and felt like they didn’t work? If you don’t believe the “mantra” you are repeating, does it happen? OR does your mind reject it because it doesn’t believe it?
On the other hand, when we ask a question our mind begins to try to find an answer. Then you need to learn to be sure to ask questions that help you go the direction you are heading. If we ask ourselves questions like, “Why am I broke? Why am I so fat? Or other negative questions, our mind looks for the answer. And in finding the answer, we create the negative outcome we have been asking ourselves.
