Are you a perfectionist? Are you always beating yourself up for the wrong things you have done? Are you having a hard time admitting your mistakes?
If your answer to those questions is a big YES, then the first thing you need is SELF-FORGIVENESS. Often times we fall into that trap of perfectionism. We become pessimistic by thinking we’re not good enough. But you have got to understand that it is ok to make mistakes. Things will not always turn out the way you want or planned them to. Never let your past mistakes define who you are now. Start giving yourself the grace to be imperfect. Admit your mistakes, learn from them and then move on.
