You own a business. What do we do when a crisis comes?
When issues come up do you avoid it? We hope that maybe if we don’t deal with it then maybe, just maybe, it will just go away. We should reach out. it is the more empowering thing to do. it is also the MOST TERRIFYING, especially when it is something major. When a major calamity comes into our lives we tend to feel all alone. We dont approach the issue head on. We dont see all the people that are there to help us. Isolation is a normal reaction to a personal crisis.
What we must learn is that in order to truly take on lifes more difficult issues we need to face it. And for that we need help!
When we come to a place of willingness. Once we embrace and accept help from others and see that there are people who love us. Then both survival and thriving can begin.
Our minds tell us we don’t want to be a burden. And sometimes we are even afraid we will be rejected if we ask for help. The truth is that our true strength comes when we bring all of us to everything we do. But also when we accept the fact that we can never go it alone in this live. Truly living is about be part of the world around us. We need to contribute but we need to also allow others to pour their talents and love into us. This becomes the most true when we learn to ask for help when we need it. The reaching out to others actually makes us stronger.
So go ahead no matter how dark the hour maybe accept right now that there are people who want to help!
