Trust comes from open, honest communication.  There has never been a CEO that has regreted open and honest communication.  There is not a team that didnt find that when our hopes, dreams and yes even our fears and shortcomings, are shared that everyone is better and does better in the sharing.

Turns out that the truth and then making everyone part of the solution is the only real way to ensure that everyone profits

True success is not just about making money it is about being profitable.  It is about showing a true and valuable profit in what we are investing ourselves in.  The profit shows up in a rich life and dynamic business.

Do Your Customers Know What to do Next with Kamala Chambers

Are you leaving your customers confused?

Is it clear to your client what the next step is?

If you are not sure think about how that feels for your customer.  You need to have a plan.  Your plan needs to be a step by step process that takes a potential customer to a long term repeat customer.  What we want is for our customers to be waiting for another opportunity to do business with us.  Like when you buy something you from the store and really enjoy it.  Remember how it feels when you just couldn’t wait until the next time you could get more?

Not having a plan feels like this:  Think a a time when you have gotten lost in a store trying to find something.  Remember how it feels to go where you think something should be and it isnt there?

Have you ever not done business with someone because you were too confused to make a decision?  Have you ever left a store you intended to buy from because you couldnt find what you were looking for?  OR how does it make you feel when someone comes up to you and shows you where something is.  Do you like finding what you want and need when you are ready to buy?

Again when there is a plan sometimes we spend even more.  Think about the last time you bought something you didn’t intend to buy because you happened to see it on your way to or from what you came to get?

The thing is everyone sells things everyday.  If we love or hate a business we tell our friends about it – We are selling them on why they should or shouldnt go there too.  Because as we have discussed on Thriving Entrepreneur many times before; selling is simply sharing with a person a solution they need or are looking for.  With people we know or are in relationship with we sell all the time.  We should be concerned enough with our clients and wanting to help them.  That should be the #1 thing we try to do every day.  Make our world a little bit better every day and use our skills to help the people we come in contact with.  As a business, we need to develop a process to take the relationship with a potential client all the way to a GREAT repeat customer.

Normally we start with a free offer, but from there we need to already have a clear path for them to take next with us.  Problems arise when no one in the relationship knows where things are going!  This clearly defined process for building an ever increasingly strong relationship with our customers is called a sales funnel.  A sales funnel is an intricate part of the success of your company.

Finding Fulfillment in Your Life RIGHT NOW with April Adams

Have you ever watched a little child wake up on their own?  I’m not talking about a teen who would prefer to stay up all night a sleep all day.  Have you ever seen a small child still full of wonder get up in the morning.  No matter what happened yesterday they are excited to live another day.  A child doesnt toss and turn and worry about life or bills.  They dont stress out over what may happen tomorrow or replay yesterday.  When a small child sleep they just spend the night dreaming magical dreams full of ponies and possibilities.  They awake just knowing that today is going to be the best day ever.  A child pops out of bed ready to go.  You can see in their eyes that their little minds are filled with joy.  You even before they speak their first word that sense of awe and wonder that they bring to each little thing as it happens.  Children live their lives happy, excited and completely FULL of life and energy!

May you have heard the expression, “you have to get up early to keep up with that kid”?

Maybe you were the child they used to say that about?

So what happened?

Ask yourself: Why aren’t we still that way?  Where did our overwhelming joy go?

Why do we sometimes give in to living a life of emptiness?  A life where the promise of a better tomorrow seems like a distant, if not forgotten, memory.
