Introverts are naturally talented at leading people.  Because they don’t crave the spotlight they are excellent listeners.  Many people you know and respect are introverts. Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Abraham Lincoln just to name a few.  Introverts aren’t shy or social awkward.  They just simply need to learn that group situations and especially all of the noise is draining to them.  When an introvert learns the skills to network on purpose rather than meeting the whole room and doing things that will revitalize them an introvert can be an unstoppable force business.

To all the introverts in the world who know they can serve the world in a bigger way and are scared to death of what it means.  You can and will do it with grace and ease
