Do Your Customers Know What to do Next with Kamala Chambers

Are you leaving your customers confused?

Is it clear to your client what the next step is?

If you are not sure think about how that feels for your customer.  You need to have a plan.  Your plan needs to be a step by step process that takes a potential customer to a long term repeat customer.  What we want is for our customers to be waiting for another opportunity to do business with us.  Like when you buy something you from the store and really enjoy it.  Remember how it feels when you just couldn’t wait until the next time you could get more?

Not having a plan feels like this:  Think a a time when you have gotten lost in a store trying to find something.  Remember how it feels to go where you think something should be and it isnt there?

Have you ever not done business with someone because you were too confused to make a decision?  Have you ever left a store you intended to buy from because you couldnt find what you were looking for?  OR how does it make you feel when someone comes up to you and shows you where something is.  Do you like finding what you want and need when you are ready to buy?

Again when there is a plan sometimes we spend even more.  Think about the last time you bought something you didn’t intend to buy because you happened to see it on your way to or from what you came to get?

The thing is everyone sells things everyday.  If we love or hate a business we tell our friends about it – We are selling them on why they should or shouldnt go there too.  Because as we have discussed on Thriving Entrepreneur many times before; selling is simply sharing with a person a solution they need or are looking for.  With people we know or are in relationship with we sell all the time.  We should be concerned enough with our clients and wanting to help them.  That should be the #1 thing we try to do every day.  Make our world a little bit better every day and use our skills to help the people we come in contact with.  As a business, we need to develop a process to take the relationship with a potential client all the way to a GREAT repeat customer.

Normally we start with a free offer, but from there we need to already have a clear path for them to take next with us.  Problems arise when no one in the relationship knows where things are going!  This clearly defined process for building an ever increasingly strong relationship with our customers is called a sales funnel.  A sales funnel is an intricate part of the success of your company.

The Key To Marketing: Bringing And Embracing The Real You with Claire Anstey

What do you see when you look in the mirror?

Do you see the amazing, vibrant, talented person you are?

OR

When you look in the mirror, do you concentrate on the blemishes and features of yourself you don’t like?

Do you see yourself as perfectly created to be you OR  do you judge your hair length, color, or style, your eye color or even the size and shape of different parts of your body?

Not liking ourselves is such an easy trap to fall into and a VERY hard cycle to get out of.  We are often taught that we need to smile and be gracious when someone compliments us.  How often, if ever, are we taught how to take in what a person compliments us about and then take it in, embrace that message, receive it and believe it.  Isn’t it more common to reject the compliment and replace it with the negative message that constantly is playing in our head?

Today I have some news for you – YOU ARE AMAZING!  You are uniquely brilliant!  You were created just the way you are so that you can be the best YOU that you can be.  There is no one like you, and the world NEEDS you!

Now before you shrug that off let that land and take a minute to let that sink in.  You see true humility it having a right perspective of yourself.  Host Steve Kidd and his special guest Claire Anstey have news for you – you are EXACTLY and PERFECTLY who you were made to be.  NO ONE in the world can be you!

“Are You Missing Buying Signals?” with Nikki Rausch

We have all said it so many times things like:

I don’t know why they didn’t buy?
Or how about, “I really thought they were going to buy”?
Think about the last time you said that?
Why didn’t they buy?  Why didn’t we know? What could we do differently?

We all ask these questions whenever we think we should have had a sale.  Wouldn’t it be great if everyone who wanted our product just had a sign saying, “I want to buy”!

Here is shocking news!! THEY DO!  The problem is that we miss it?

Customers give us signals.  Sadly they are very unlikely to say, “Hey!  Let me buy your stuff!”  But in many ways, the things they do and say are saying exactly that.

When a customer tells us they want to buy sometimes even unconsciously, these are called “Buying Signals.”

We know how to build the like, admire and trust with a person. We know we have a product they want and need.  Maybe we even thought they were going to get it, and then…they didn’t.

Today we are going to learn how not to miss it anymore.  How to recognize buying signals our customers are giving them and then just simply invite them to do business with us.
