Do Your Customers Know What to do Next with Kamala Chambers

01.08.2019 by admin // Leave a Comment

Are you leaving your customers confused?

Is it clear to your client what the next step is?

If you are not sure think about how that feels for your customer.  You need to have a plan.  Your plan needs to be a step by step process that takes a potential customer to a long term repeat customer.  What we want is for our customers to be waiting for another opportunity to do business with us.  Like when you buy something you from the store and really enjoy it.  Remember how it feels when you just couldn’t wait until the next time you could get more?

Not having a plan feels like this:  Think a a time when you have gotten lost in a store trying to find something.  Remember how it feels to go where you think something should be and it isnt there?

Have you ever not done business with someone because you were too confused to make a decision?  Have you ever left a store you intended to buy from because you couldnt find what you were looking for?  OR how does it make you feel when someone comes up to you and shows you where something is.  Do you like finding what you want and need when you are ready to buy?

Again when there is a plan sometimes we spend even more.  Think about the last time you bought something you didn’t intend to buy because you happened to see it on your way to or from what you came to get?

The thing is everyone sells things everyday.  If we love or hate a business we tell our friends about it – We are selling them on why they should or shouldnt go there too.  Because as we have discussed on Thriving Entrepreneur many times before; selling is simply sharing with a person a solution they need or are looking for.  With people we know or are in relationship with we sell all the time.  We should be concerned enough with our clients and wanting to help them.  That should be the #1 thing we try to do every day.  Make our world a little bit better every day and use our skills to help the people we come in contact with.  As a business, we need to develop a process to take the relationship with a potential client all the way to a GREAT repeat customer.

Normally we start with a free offer, but from there we need to already have a clear path for them to take next with us.  Problems arise when no one in the relationship knows where things are going!  This clearly defined process for building an ever increasingly strong relationship with our customers is called a sales funnel.  A sales funnel is an intricate part of the success of your company.

To help us better understand this is Host Steve Kidd is joined by guest Kamala Chambers.  Kamala is passionate about helping you THRIVE in your life and in your business.  As a web designer and a relationship coach she is the perfect person to help you build a stronger relationship with your clients and live as a Thriving Entrepreneur

Breaking Through The Pain with L.A. and Chanel

11.21.2017 by admin // Leave a Comment

The pain we’re going through is real, but you need to understand that there is always a way out. Today, Steve is joined by two best selling authors, L.A. Roberts and Chanel Chase who will be sharing with us their personal story of resilience, tragedy, and triumph.

From Breakdown to Breakthrough is a story of a great man and a resilient woman who, after a heartbreaking loss, bounced back and found her way from breakdown to breakthrough. L.A’s breakdown was when her grandfather (Leon) passed away. That tragedy brought a lot of despair in her heart and made her broken. She wrote her book as a promise to her grandfather before he passed away that she will continue to make him proud and that everybody will know who Leon F. Howard Sr is; this was her breakthrough.

There is a way to move from the pain that you are in right now to where you need to be which is to your purpose. Chanel wrote her book Pain Process Purpose: The 3P’s To Finding Your Spiritual Identity to make her readers understand that there is a process that you need to go through to discover your purpose.

Your Exit Strategy with Ace Chapman

01.12.2016 by admin // Leave a Comment

An Exit Strategy is much more than just how you are going to end your business.

Did you know that one of the biggest ingredients to having a truly thriving business is an exit strategy?

What is an exit strategy?

An exit strategy is knowing what the longer term (and potential end) plan is for your business.

Questions Like:

  • When will you retire?
  • What will happen to the business when you do?
  • Do you want to sell shares in a privately held company at some point or would you like to go public and have stock in your company traded on the stock exchange?
  • Do you want your kids to take over your business?
  • Do your kids want to take over your business?

All of these and more are the things that go into an exit strategy. But more importantly they are what makes the difference in your business between just doing something you love and having a profitable business.

Plans, systems and all the things that an investor or even someone buying your company would look at are the exact same things that are the things that make your business an asset.  Whether you sell, seek investment or just want to look good to a bank, all of these things are what makes up both your standard operating procedures as well as your exit strategy.

Listen in as guest Ace Chapman talks with host Steve Kidd about Your Exit Strategy and shares some insightful tips on how you can have a truly profitable and growing business that will last well beyond your lifetime.  Today on Thriving Entrepreneur
